The Academy admits athletes/learners either as:

    i.         Privately sponsored: for learners/athletes who wish to undertake sports training out of own volition

  ii.         KAS sponsored: for talented learners/athletes who have been scouted and identified by the Academy or referred by KAS affiliates.

The admission process includes the following:

  i.     Submission of athletes/ learners’ documents which will include but not limited to:

·  identification documents

·  academic documents

·  medical reports (Annex V)

·  fitness test reports (Annex VI)

·  mental health test reports (Annex VII)

·  parental consent forms where necessary (Annex VIII)

·  image rights consent form (Annex IX)

·  deed of indemnity (Annex X)

·  student-athlete/athlete contract form (Annex XI or Annex XII as may apply)

 ii.     Fee payment where applicable

iii.     Registration: all athletes will be required to fill an Application Form (Annex I) and Admission Form (Annex II)

iv.     Allocation of materials and/or accommodation

 v.     Orientation

vi.     Commencement of training

Note: where necessary, document verification will be conducted.
